Basic schedule for initial meeting might be (group can decide more specifics later) ---

6:30p - 7:00p Arrival, get to know others, have refreshments

7:00p - 8:00p Play cards or other activity

8:00p - 8:15p Break and refreshments

8:15p - 8:45p Finish activity

Home by 9:00p (give or take)
